"Casa PaDès is de max! Om 7h15 vertrokken uit Oostende en nog voor de middag op het zonovergoten terras een aperitief kunnen nuttigen. Het appartement is super goed uitgerust en een ideale ligging. Binnen de 2 km heb je alle voorzieningen, dit van een groot shopping center tot een wekelijkse lokale markt waar je gezellig kunt kuieren. Het appartement is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Alles wat je maar kan denken was aanwezig, gaande van fietsen tot gezelschapsspelletjes, grote luifel, aparte paraplu, tv van 55\" tot zelfs fietshelmen en strandspeelgoed… Voor alle toestellen is er een handleiding voorzien en heel goed uitgelegd. De positionering van het appartement is ideaal, je kijkt uit op het zwembad maar tevens is de afstand ver genoeg om niet gestoord te worden door de zwembadgasten. Er zijn 2 zwembaden voorzien die heel proper onderhouden worden. In de winter kan je door de ligging van het terras als het 20 graden is met gemak in je zwembroek genieten van de zon. Ook de mensen van CasaLasDunas die de verhuur verzorgen stonden altijd klaar om te antwoorden op onze vragen. Er is ook een privé parking voorzien waar de huurwagen kon staan volledig afgesloten van de straat. De parking is vlak bij het appartement. De locatie is vrij centraal en is een ideale uitvalsbasis naar steden zoals Cartagena, Murcia, Torrevieja, San Pedro, Santa Pola,… Het toffe is ook dat er zelfs tijdens de winterperiode heel veel te beleven is. Alle restaurants en winkels zijn open. In de nabijheid heb je ook Orihuela Karting circuit… heel leuk om eens met de jongsten te gaan racen… Parkeren kon je daar overal gratis (toch in de winterperiode)…. Dit appartement/omgeving is een echte aanrader voor de mensen die een top vakantie willen. Na thuiskomst hebben we onmiddellijk geboekt voor een 2e ronde!"

"Het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf in jullie appartement, zeer rustig gelegen, mooi zicht op het complex en leuk en gezellig terras. Zeer mooi en ruim appartement en uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook vervoer van de luchthaven en naar de luchthaven was tip top geregeld en werden ontvangen door de lieve gastvrouw die op ons stond te wachten bij aankomst aan het appartement, en die alles tot in de puntjes uitlegde. "Wij kunnen de goeie recensies alleen maar bevestigen. Het appartement is ingericht voor 6 personen en daar is alles dan ook op voorzien. Aangezien we met 4 personen verbleven hadden we dus zeker ruimte genoeg. Regeling qua boeking en dergelijke verliepen heel vlot en duidelijk. De contactpersonen van het verhuurkantoor ter plaatse spreken Nederlands. Hun service was heel goed. Ook bij een noodgeval met een kapotte deur werden wij onmiddellijk geholpen. Een auto huren ter plaatse is wel een aanrader. Zo kun je mooie uitstappen maken naar Torrevieja, Alicante, Cartagena, La Manga, … De privéparking voor het appartement is heel gemakkelijk. De nabijheid van het winkelcentrum La Zenia met o.a. Al Campo (Auchan) is heel praktisch. De ligging van het appartement is perfect met het ruime terras en de nabijheid van het zwembad. Het domein is bijzonder rustig. Enkel de laatste dagen van ons verblijf was er meer aanwezigheid en hadden we hier en daar wat meer lawaai van buren. De aanwezigheid van een elektrische bbq is zeker een pluspunt. Als je niet uit gaat eten, hoef je dus niet in de keuken te staan maar kun je buiten grillen. Bijzonder praktisch was ook dat er 4 fietsen waren. De damesfietsen waren perfect, de MTB's hebben dringend een onderhoudsbeurt nodig (haperende versnellingen). Maar voor de rest hadden we een perfecte vakantie!"

"Wij waren te gast in het appartement in juli '22. We logeerden er met 6 (2 volwassenen en 4 tieners) en het verblijf was er uitstekend. Het appartement zorgde voor de nodige verkoeling (airco) tijdens de hitte. Ook de 2 zwembaden bezorgden de nodige verkoeling. Het appartement is perfect en aangenaam ingericht. Alles is er aanwezig! De omgeving rond het appartement is verzorgd, er heerst rust en ook het terras is prima. In de plaatselijke supermarkt op wandelafstand kan je alles vinden. Kortom, we beleefden een prima vakantie in Casa Pades en keerden uitgerust terug naar huis! Een aanrader voor mensen die rust nodig hebben en houden van het mooie weer!"

"Heel erg tevreden over het appartement. Vriendelijke Nederlandse ontvangst van de verhuurfirma die het sleutelbeheer regelt en snelle reactie via whatsapp op eventuele bijkomende vragen. Betreft een heel praktisch appartement met groot terras dat via een poortje directe toegang biedt tot de zwembaden. Het appartement heeft alle comfort en alle nodige voorzieningen zijn aanwezig tot zelfs alles wat je nodig hebt als je eens naar het strand wilt gaan. Er is ook een heel handige map aanwezig met alle info over de streek, restos en bezienswaardigheden. Bovendien is het appartement gelegen in een rustig domein op een mooie locatie vlakbij de kustweg en is het heel eenvoudig om ook enkele uitstapjes te doen."

En alles was aanwezig en netjes geordend. En anders voor de rest super content. En zeer goed geslapen, zeer goede bedden. Het was er zeer rustig, geen lawaai gehoord. Nogmaals een dikke mercie voor alles aan Wendy en de eigenaar voor de goede ontvangst en voor het mogen huren van de vakantiewoning. "Casa PaDès is the best! Left Ostend at 7:15 am and were able to enjoy an aperitif on the sun-drenched terrace before noon. The apartment is superbly equipped and has an ideal location. Within 2 km you have all amenities, from a large shopping centre to a weekly local market where you can stroll comfortably. The apartment is impeccably maintained. Everything you could think of was provided, from bicycles to board games, a large canopy, separate parasol, 55\" TV, even helmets and beach toys… For all appliances there is a clearly explained manual. The positioning of the apartment is ideal — you look out onto the pool but the distance is far enough not to be disturbed by pool guests. There are 2 swimming pools, very cleanly maintained. In winter, due to the position of the terrace, when it is 20°C you can easily enjoy the sun in your swimming trunks. The people from CasaLasDunas who handle the rental were always ready to answer our questions. There is also private parking where the rental car could be left fully closed off from the street. The parking is right next to the apartment. The location is fairly central and is an ideal base for cities like Cartagena, Murcia, Torrevieja, San Pedro, Santa Pola,… The great thing is that even during winter there is a lot to do. All restaurants and shops are open. Nearby you also have Orihuela Karting circuit… very nice to go racing with the youngest. You could park anywhere for free (at least in winter)…. This apartment/area is a real recommendation for people who want a top holiday. After returning home we immediately booked for a second stay!"

"We can only confirm the good reviews. The apartment is furnished for 6 people and everything is provided accordingly. As we stayed with 4 people, we had more than enough space. Booking arrangements went very smoothly and clearly. The rental company's local representatives speak Dutch. Their service was excellent. Even with an emergency involving a broken door we were helped immediately. Hiring a car locally is recommended. This way you can take great trips to Torrevieja, Alicante, Cartagena, La Manga, … The private parking in front of the apartment is very convenient. The proximity of the La Zenia shopping centre with Al Campo (Auchan) is very practical. The location of the apartment is perfect with the spacious terrace and the proximity of the swimming pool. The domain is particularly quiet. Only on the last days of our stay was there more activity and we heard a bit more noise from neighbours. The presence of an electric BBQ is definitely a plus. If you do not eat out, you do not have to stand in the kitchen — you can grill outside. Particularly practical was also that there were 4 bicycles. The ladies' bikes were perfect, the MTBs urgently needed servicing (faulty gears). But for the rest we had a perfect holiday!"
